  1. All guests traveling through Wizz Air can avail special discounted rates for COVID-19 testing services at Life Diagnostics.
  2. Discounted rates are applicable to all passengers upon submitting their Wizz Air flight ticket.
  3. It is the passenger’s responsibility to book for COVID-19 test at least 48 hours before flight departure and based on their destination’s guidelines.
  4. Test results will be sent to the registered email address and mobile number within 24 hours and must be printed for validation during airport check-in.
  5. The emailed reports contain an official stamp from Life Diagnostics; therefore, passengers can print the emailed report directly with no need to visit the facility to get the original reports printed.

The discounted rates for COVID-19 testing are applicable to all Wizz Air passengers with bookings made on wizzair.com and the WIZZ mobile app and upon providing a valid air ticket.
Any passenger over 12 years old is subject to the COVID-19 test, however certain destinations may request a COVID-19 test for children below 12 years old and it’s the passenger's responsibility to check their destination’s guidelines.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to check the destination’s guidelines however generally Passengers must perform the COVID-19 test 48 hours before flight departure time.
COVID-19 RT PCR test requires a nasopharyngeal swab sample. A nasopharyngeal swab is collected by having you tip your head back, and then a swab is gently inserted through your nostril until resistance is met. It is left in place for a few seconds, then rotated to collect cells, and then removed. It is not painful, but it may itch and may cause your eyes to tear.
Passengers will receive their results within 24Hrs following their sample collection time.
A POSITIVE or DETECTED result means that most probably you have the virus COVID-19, and it is highly likely that you may spread the virus to others, and you are not allowed to travel. Please contact Etihad Airways to reschedule or cancel your ticket.

A NEGATIVE or NON-DETECTED result means it is likely you are not infected at the time of the test, and you are safe to travel within 72 Hours from the report issuing date.

An INCONCLUSIVE result means that it is not possible to confirm or exclude the infection using the provided sample due to many reasons. It is highly recommended to repeat the test using a new sample after 48 hours, and contact your healthcare provider and in this case, you are not allowed to travel until you got a negative report, and you are advised to contact Etihad Airways to reschedule or cancel your ticket.
All COVID-19 issued reports will be valid for 72Hrs from the report issuing time, however, certain destinations may require reports issued in less than 72 hours and It’s the passenger’s responsibility to check the destination’s guidelines before performing the test.
Passengers will receive their results within 24Hrs following their sample collection time through their registered email and mobile phone number.
Passengers will receive a printable stamped result through their registered email address.
